Lovely coffee and Acia bowl. Lovely staff here, unlike Gail’s across the road. Best place for coffee in the area by far.

It’s not only a great coffee shop with high-quality coffee beans, but their food is surprisingly delicious! Overnight oats with chia pudding are my favourite, but they have loads of other savoury and sweet brunch classics, as well as wraps, salads and cakes. Portions are huge so the value for money is accurate. I’m lucky to have Detour as my local cafe.

Excellent coffe and service at Detour Cafe'. Very welcoming and much nicer then Gail's which can be dreadful. I have not tried the food yet but I will very soon. Highly recommended.

I have to say, this has been one of my favorite cafes, which is why I feel a bit sad and slightly disappointed this time. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up while both the food quality and portion size have noticeably declined (as you can see from the comparison between my first visit and last week’s photo). I’ll still come back—after all, it was my favorite—but I truly hope it returns to its original standard. Staffs r always warm

The food was very good although the French toast was a bit sweet I would recommend the smoothie. Service was a little slow but the staff are very friendly, the atmosphere was nice and cozy with a lot of nature decor. Overall a very nice brunch place for the weekend.
